2020 Hard Body Fitness Weight Loss Challenge

RULES: Upon registration, submit a front and back photo with current height and weight. Winners who lose the most weight from each level/tier (bellow) will be awarded prizes.

Beginner Challenge

Intermediate Challenge

  • Moderate Impact
  • Suitable for those who are familiar with weight training

Advanced Challenge

  • High Intensity Training
  • Tailored to those who are more experieenced with free weights, various lifting techniques, etc.
